First of all, customers should provide us with part samples or drawings together with detailed requirements such as quantity, material, surface treatment and dimension tolerance via email. The drawings can be in 2D or 3D formats like JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, STP, etc. We’ve well capable drawing department which also can customize the drawing w.r.t customer satisfaction.

We respect customer’s all intellectual property. Without their written permission, we will never disclose drawing or other information to any third parties. NDA documents will be signed to protect customer’s rights or patents before they send drawings or samples to us if needed.
